Return & Refund Policy
We regret to inform you that we do not accept international returns at this time. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our customer support.
Please consider your purchase carefully before placing an order. However, if a product has a verified quality issue, we accept returns or exchanges within 3 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in new condition.
1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment: A full refund is available if the order is canceled before the package has been shipped.

Within 24 Hours After Purchase (Unshipped Orders): If the order is canceled within 24 hours but has not been shipped, we will issue a full refund.

After 24 Hours (Unshipped Orders): If the order is canceled after 24 hours but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee will apply.

After Shipment: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled or refunded.
2. Exchanges
We accept exchanges only in the following cases:

Wrong item sent due to our mistake.

Product defects (verified with photos or videos).

Due to high international shipping costs, we may request photo and video evidence before approving an exchange.

Please contact our customer support before sending any product back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
3. Refunds
We only offer refunds in the following situations:
✅ Quality Issues: If the product is defective or faulty due to our error, you may request a refund. The shipping fee will also be refunded in such cases.
❌ No Refunds for Buyer’s Remorse: If you are not satisfied with the product for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), you may return the item at your own expense. The product must be unused and in its original condition. In such cases:

A refund will only cover the product price.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Restocking fees may apply depending on the returned item’s condition.
❌ No Refunds for Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Packages:

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, we can reship it at your expense.

Refunds will not be provided for these cases.
❌ No Refunds for Normal Wear & Tear / Minor Imperfections:

Slight variations in color, minor scratches, or small cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the function of the product do not qualify as defects.
4. How to Request a Return or Refund

Email our customer support with your order number, detailed issue description, and photos/videos (if applicable).

Wait for approval before returning the product. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
4. Warranty
We offer a limited warranty for orders placed only on our official website. Purchases from third-party websites or unauthorized resellers are not covered under our warranty policy.
Warranty Coverage:
✅ The warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal usage.
❌ The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modifications, or accidents.

Normal wear and tear, scratches, or cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality.

Damage caused by water, fire, or external impacts.

Issues resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Warranty Claim Process:

Contact our support team with your order number and detailed issue description.

Provide clear photos/videos showing the defect.

Once approved, we will provide a replacement or repair solution at our discretion.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs depending on the case.

Warranty claims must be made within "30days" from the date of received good after found defect.

If the product is no longer available, we may offer store credit instead of a replacement.
